shareholders being 50 % owner in Oy

hei does anyone have experience of oy and applying for residence permit being 50 % owner of company in restaurant from Aboard .what sorts of files should be attached or does person need to make job advertisement in mol .fi .is there some way out where is success rate 100 % to get person who shares 50 % in a company can get visa easily and can come work in company in finland ?

No experience, but... visa is for visiting, residence permit is for residing. Using proper terms might help with searching.
