Can you get a fine for driving too slow?
I was talking with a friend who lives in Finland and i was comparing on how, in Brazil, you can get a ticket for driving slower than 50% of the max speed.
Is there a thing like that in FInland?
I found some booklet explaining the basics of driving on Finland but it didnt have that information.

When I was studying to get my drivers lisence, my teacher said that if you drive so slowly that you are a danger to yourself or to others, you can be fined. Like if the speed limit is 120km/h and you drive 50km/h without a good reason.

Theoretically yes but practically chances are very low.

You should basically be blocking the traffic on purpose: http://www.lappeenrannanuutiset.fi/arti ... uksistakin
(+ number of people have probably got fined or more after slow driving speed has made the police give the drive a breathalyser test)

Yes you can, but really only if you goof up bad. What you will get is the police stopping you, as stated above mainly to check if you're drunk or doped up... or then way too old to drive or otherwise incapacitated. Otherwise, say you drive a speed-limited vehicle, you're only banned driving them on the motorway, normal roads are fine.
