Hey,
Just curious if anyone knows about the family ties residence permit?
My son is Finnish, I don't have custody as I have been going back and forth from Finland to my own country over the last few years. I know how hard it is to get work in Finland, I also know how expensive it is. I am just curious if I can get my residency through my son. My current partner is Finnish and I have been with her 18 months now but that's too short for the residency right?
I would study in Finland but my qualifications are not so good from back home. Any suggestions?
Kiitos

No. You need to be a guardian.Stamina86 wrote: My son is Finnish, I don't have custody as I have been going back and forth from Finland to my own country over the last few years.
