looking for car parts online site, specifically a front end bumper for a 2011 Renault Clio.

Try looking for 'auton varaosat', 'autopurkaamo' + your town name in google. Most autopurkaamot (wreckers) might not list their parts online, but at least you'll see their locations and contact info. Calling is the best option for this sort of wreck yards, or visiting yourself.

No idea where in Finland you are located, but here are 2 used parts search sites, from various wreckers combined. Search by car model, make, year, and part.
Look for 'puskuri' (bumper), 'etu' (front) .. or etupuskuri (front bumper). 'Etuosa' = front part of the car, for the broader category. Also 'etupään osat' = frontend parts; looks like autopurkaamot.com has this classification and then more specific parts listed under it.

A quick search in varaosahaku.fi produced this (the automatic year range for Clio says Clio III, and was 2009-2012, so I don't know if it'll fit your year model, ask the wrecker), just for example:

I quickly checked autopurkaamot.com, didn't show any etupuskuri or puskuri for that year/model (the results were greyed out), but did have a puskuripalkki, bumper bar alone, for it.
