TV and frequency changes

Hi,

I lost TV5, Kutonen and JIM channels after the frequency switch last Monday.

I live in a small association of 4 attached houses, and everyone is pretty much retired and no one watches TV.

I do sometimes, so I'd like to know what can I do to get these channels again, and the re-scan does not pick them up anymore.

Do a factory reset of the TV or digibox and then search again, it might solve the problem.
