Buy an apartment in Finland

Hi, before creating this topic, I have searched through the other old topics but I couldn't find what I am looking for, maybe wrong keywords

My current situation is that I have a 4-year A permit (Specialist ground if that matters), I have been working for 18 months now and have a permanent contract. Now that things seem to settle down a bit for me, I am considering buying an apartment in Finland. I have few questions

1. I have some relatives in the US who will lend me some money (probably about $20000) and I will pay them back when I have enough. Do I have to pay any taxes when receiving the money from aboard? If yes, how much is it?
2. Do banks nowadays allow A permit holders to borrow money to buy an apartment or not? I read in some old topics, you must have either P permit or Finnish citizenship to ask for a loan. It was from 2,3 years ago so I am not sure if it's still the case

No, if you have a realistic payment plan in place and it's followed.

There's no hard rule against it. I think they want you have to have been a resident for at least a couple years.

As you will have to make some % down payment and you can't run away with your property so I don't think they will have any issues with giving you a loan.
