If your income is low enough that it will grant you free legal counselling, the oikeusaputoimisto will do it for 70 euro's.
Finnish law is a minefield, better have a lawyer do it.
If god would give us the source code, we could change the world

Hi,
Just to wrap this up - the 'homemade' perukirja we put together was enough for Vero but this may be down to the small number of inheritors and the small size of the estate.
What is odd is that alot of businesses (e.g. S-Bank) want to see the perukirja that we submitted before releasing accounts , not the Vero decision. They want to see what we figured out is fair, with all the details of old cars and the kitchen sink written over four A4 pages and not just the Vero decision on debt and capital given in 10 lines of text.

They need to see the document because it's the only document that shows who are the rights-holders of the estate (kuolinpesän osakkaat). They don't care about the taxation part but need to figure out if necessary paperwork is present to move money to the rights-holders.
