Considering buying a tontti and getting into the Finnsh hobby of house building
Can anyone explain what the numbers before and after the + mean? What is limited to 160.5 and what is limited to 13.9?

I believe it is the max floor size of the main building and the other one the max floor size of the sauna building or any other building (wood shed?)
