Hi, I applied for my residence permit but the deadline for late start is almost here. Assuming that Migri gives my permit in November, can I still travel to Finland? Do Finnish universities have an academic year starting in the spring semester? If I apply for my study right to be restored for next academic year, does any scholarship attached to it still hold for next year?

Residence permit is required for stays longer than 90 days.
