Kela information

Hey guys.
I need little information about Kela. I applied for "Social security coverage" from Kela with A permit, basis of family tie. anyone know how long it takes to get the decision and the Kela card? Do people have to wait for months.

Hi, from my experience it used to be faster before .. recently it's about 4-8 weeks

It was 3 weeks in my case. The good thing is that is retroactive (meaning it applies since the day you applied, so it will cover all the expenses you had before the decision is made and since you applied).
