Residence permit on the basis of work 2018-2019

Let's have a single thread for the residence permit application on the basis of work 2018-2019.

I applied in July 2018, the employment office made the decision on 18/12/2018, waiting since then.

Emailed migri, got replied back, saying they are processing a lot of application and cannot give an estimate for the decision

What's your status?

Minimum of 9-12 months waiting period.

The situation getting worst day by day.
When we applied they said it would take 4-6 months. Also, their time checker showed us 8 months to get the decision.
Reality is:
We applied at Feb 2018, We got the partial decision on the first week of December and still waiting for the final decision

I also applied at Feb 2018. Up to now, it shows "waiting for process" even not "In process". What about your status in EnterFinland?

I also applied at Feb 2018. Up to now, it shows "waiting for process" even not "In process". What about your status in EnterFinland?

That's pretty quick, it seems that immigration is quiet slow in compared to the employment office.I hope you get served by the decison soon !!

Isn't the waiting just for the manufacturing of RP card, since the decision is already made in your case??

I got the RP card within two weeks after the decision.

In my case, only the employment office has made the decision aka the Partial Decision.

applied on 11.11 2018, and still no decision , even no TE office decision , on migri official site they claimed that waiting time is 4 months estimated when I applied, and migri worker confirmed it and said that yes about 4-5 months is common waiting time... so dont believe what they are saying...

Check under Käsittelytilanne
IMO they don't count the time that takes in Employment office so that's that. But again it varies from application to application I guess. When called they told that they do not have enough resource to handle the immense queue but this was a few months ago it might have changed who knows

I applied for RP on basis of work on 17.12.2018 got partial decision from employment office on 29.01.2019. Still waiting for processing.

So after a long wait, I received a positive decision on 17/04/2019

Since my wife's permit was also pending from February 2018, and she was also served with the positive decision on the next day i.e 18.04.2018.
