Re-Apply for permit?

Hi,

I’m wondering.. if I have an order to leave Finland (24 days remaining), can I apply for a new application in Finland?
According to Migri my application wasn’t clear enough for them.

This is a first residence permit application, and I’m Canadian.

I would suggest you call the migri (Finnish immigration office) and confirm with them. Instead of assuming something. You will find the contact number in their page but they work only a few days in a week with specific hours.

Do you have new grounds to apply? If it is the same grounds, then you probably won’t be able to and will have to appeal the original decision.

What do you mean by new grounds? As in new evidence supporting my application?
Or just a new type of application?

New type of application. Otherwise you should appeal.
