Residence Permit (Decision Made)

Hi there I applied for a residence permit for entrepreneurs while inside Finland I recently received a message that of a citizen has been made enzyme required to go to the police station to collect it I'm ready to ask if anyone else has experience with this and whether this is a good or bad sign. Please help!

I've read old posts, they had a similar situation but it was positive anyway. But can't guarantee.
