Hey!
I have a work permit for an employed person, ole_ty1, and I've worked with a company for the past year. I want to look into another place of work, but I don't understand the difference between this permit (ole_ty1) and this employer specific residence permit for an employed person that I have heard of. Can anyone advise me if I am free to change jobs, still in my professional field?

Your permit will have the restrictions codes printed on it. It will tell if you are limited to one field or one employer or have unlimited work rights.

ole_ty1 is a designation for an application form, not a type of permit.
