Hospital Complaint

Does anyone have experience filing a complaint with a hospital, particularly regarding giving birth, Naistenklinikka of HUS. What were the process steps, how long each stage was taking and what was the outcome?

Call the HUS patient ombudsman and they will help with the next steps.

Thank you very much. Finally I was able to call them but sounds like i’m not going to get anywhere with it. :(
