I need to dress up a little for a job interview and wondering where to buy some shirts and pants. Any clothing stores on the cheap end?

Why do you need to dress up for interview though?

If you're not too picky and are willing to accept anything formal enough without needing a specific look or style, you're bound to find what you need very cheaply at the recycling center (kierrätyskeskus) or an UFF store. You can search for those terms on Google Maps to find the location closest to you (or you can get the store addresses from the Finnish version of the links I've posted here).

I’d recommend checking out stores like H&M, Lindex, and Tokmanni. You can find decent shirts and pants at budget friendly prices. Another option is to visit secondhand shops like UFF or Fida they often have good quality items for a fraction of the price.

Zalando website has some good options too. H&m. Luhta also has some “professional” clothes. I visited few days ago and they’re having huge sales. Not sure if still ongoing.
