Hi,
I am Software Developer. I am doing full time job. My question here is:
1- One of my friend told me that it is possible in Finland to take max 6 months of unpaid leave to do startup. Can anyone guide if there is anything like this and if there is any pros and cons for taking such 6 months leave?
Please advise or guide - any link would be appreciated.

Unless your terms of employment (including any possible collective bargaining agreement) provide for it, you do not have automatic right for such a leave.
