Importing a car from Sweden to Finland

Hi.
I'm planning to import a car from Sweden to Finland. I don't know anything about the process. Can someone please explain the process if possible? Any details would be appreciated. Also I have another question, what would be the difference if the car bought is tax free or taxed in Sweden?
