Ok, people with cars and kids making food afternoon...ok ok, we'll have to make our own some night, then.

I think I have a different idea of a "Mexican Fiesta" feeling... Needs to be about 8 or 9 at night, when the electricity cuts. You go to the hall and sit down in the lounge. Raid the fridge, limes, rock salt, cans of lukewarm Keystone. Low talking, only light from glowing cigarette ends, waiting for the swamp cooler to kick on, so you know power's back...

Cheers, Hank W.

Don't bring any "extra" coriander. I've already got two pots of it in my fridge. If you are going to use it, feel free to bring it.

That's Cuba, not Mexico.

I agree with all the above, thanks karen and family for a wonderful experience and I think the enchiladas and make your own breakfast burrito were the best. I enjoyed meeting everyone and looking forward to doing it again.
