Same problems here....pronoucible in English and Finnish and not sounding stupid in English/Finnish (i.e lyly and aino!). Ended up with Onni and Taavi (with alastair and hamish) as econd names.

We called our boy Taavi as well :) I found it really hard to choose a name, nothing sounded right. A friend suggested Taavi and we loved it, suits him perfectly.

We ended up with Veronica and Alicia good in English and Finnish although Finns insist on writing Veronika, small price to pay when we are so happy with the names.
