Kim lives nearby and can ride with me if she's alone. Dh and ds are coming along.
I appear to have the weekend free so I'll hitch a ride with Karen, so
Scuba and chickadee can go with mCowboy 8)

EDIT: Apparently I'm still suffering from jet lag. I'm supposed to be at a
camp that weekend with the kids, so I can't make it at all.

Well, I'll need to give Gary a headsup on this, he's been busy crashing his computer. But I guess he'd be eager to show off the famous tortilla press.

So thats then one adult and one acting-like-5-year-old... Wouldn't know what car we're with yet, but theres definitely space for someone or two, so if Megs you're still without a ride, you're down in Munkkiniemi?, so we could swing by easy.
Cheers, Hank W.

so cowboy, can I ride with you? since kids are allowed, I'd like to bring my daughter, so that's 2 here :).

I'm assuming I'm the only vegetarian here? My dish will be a vegetarian enchilada bake and a side of homemade pico de gallo. the enchilada bake will be the raw ingredients in a baking dish and ready to put in the oven if that's okay? (it'll taste better this way, but I can also make it at home and re-heat it there)

I had a test run for this event tonight. I made lazygirl (layered) chicken enchiladas. It was delicious!

You can bring the raw dish...we do have a range and an extra cooking element if we need some.
But it can be done while we re munching on some Tortilla chips n dips..
mmm pico de Gallo..

I can bring my salsa CDs, a tropical fruit salad, and make quesadillas and maybe some guac. Or if that's too much stuff, I'll substitute something out, and I'll bring my prickly pear syrup along to make some prickly pear ritas.
