Hi,
If employer paid my salary incorrectly (too much, employer's mistake), is there any time limitations it can claim about this?

Re: Salary paid incorrectly
If they paid your Gross salary then they have the right to claim it back. and you have an obligation to report this to them too.ilya_ wrote:Hi,

If the salary paid was wrong due to tax % calculation, then it is your obligation to correct this ( change tax card) as the employer will report this information to Vero.

Yeah, that's also my case. I informed employer about mistake and they promised to deduct it from my next salaries, but failed to do so and I didn't remember to kick up them again. Now it seems I have to pay, more than 1 year after their mistake.simon wrote:I left the company and recieved an email roughly 6 months later I received a mail from them saying they wanted the money back.
