Salary paid incorrectly

Hi,

If employer paid my salary incorrectly (too much, employer's mistake), is there any time limitations it can claim about this?

I think that if it is obvious a mistake, you have to inform the employer yourself.

If they paid your Gross salary then they have the right to claim it back. and you have an obligation to report this to them too.
If the salary paid was wrong due to tax % calculation, then it is your obligation to correct this ( change tax card) as the employer will report this information to Vero.

I guess it depends on the employer. I was paid incorrectly once--about 10 euro an hour more than agreed. Before I had a chance to say anything, they told me that there was a mistake made and I can keep the extra money since it was their mistake--I was speechless... :D :D

Yeah, that's also my case. I informed employer about mistake and they promised to deduct it from my next salaries, but failed to do so and I didn't remember to kick up them again. Now it seems I have to pay, more than 1 year after their mistake.
