I have work experience of adminstration... good in english (not a native speak of course!!) have excellent computer skills!! smart!! but every time i go and look for jobs, finnish language becomes THE problem. Of course, I accept its my weakness so I will to learn it.. but WHERE???

Now.... what i don't understand is that aren't there any jobs that don't require finnish language, say, cleaning work at any offices, shippings, streets... or newspaper delivery or construction??????

anyway..... i know there are some experts making noises in this forum... so guys.. put your heads together and give links, advises, experiences so that i don't need to look here and there for my queries

Nah... I wouldn't agree with shrecher (though perhaps you could PM him on this forum for detailed information on jobs that do not require Finnish/Swedish ) but yes, just like any job-seeker you probably WILL need to look here and there... finding a job does not usually come to anyone just by snapping one's fingers... and as you have noticed, knowing the local language can be a big help in that regard.

Sorry but I don't have much more tangible than that to offer, but be active and persistent... I mean as regards actually seeking and contacting prospective employers yourself

You need the qualification and specialty. Without specialty and valid Finnish certificate in it it is difficult to find any job.

What kind of diploma you have? If no, there are many choices, still. I would suggest the following:

1. Apply for courses at Järvenpää Seurakunto Opisto

they have number of courses and trainings mostly in social arena. I know few people who found job at old people's home after that training. This is very dirty job, but it is a job.

2. Register at MOL and ask them send you for training
Bus driver, construction worker, plumb worker. MOL's officers nicely speak English.

While you are on study you get allowance and accommodation, but very small.

I think, studying is best option for you.

That are indeed jobs that are possible without Finnish.
If you are a welder for instance, no problem finding something.
But you need the professional skills and you have to move to the place where the work is.
The delivery jobs are only part time (few hours a day) and they pay lousy.

You have to give some more details before anyone can give any sensible advice here, especially
- are you permanently domiciled in Finland?
- Eu-citizen?
- Where do you live in Finland?
- Where and how have you already looked for work (e.g. are you familiar with the mol pages etcetc)

I have to admit that with your attitude of obviously being too lazy to use the search function (or giving more details) in this forum, your chances to find a job will probably be even somewhat lower than usual.
