working laws for outside in the cold

can anybody tell me what the working laws are for working outside in the cold are and possibly give me a link to a refrence website.

I think for construction its -15C. But last year during the cold snap we had to finish some stuff and it was -24C, you know teamwork, team spirit...........'? Fingers weren't of much use after a little while.

Perhaps it's not just temperature but time to, e.g. you can work for so many minutes in low temps before you have to be allowed to warm up somewhere.

Well, there isn't any. I mean in a law that is.
In construction/house building, the limits are depending on your latitude...

Now otherwise in some professions you get a supplement for work conditions...
