No such thing as a 5-star restaurant. Only 5* hotels which may or may not have decent restaurants.

Michelin only gives a max of three and AFAIK there is only one restaurant with 2 stars in Helsinki and that is Chez Dominique. I don't think the restaurant in the Kamp hotel has any Michelin stars. BUt I might be wrong.

Havis is great for fish too. BUt I haven't been since it moved.

There is a fish shop in Hakaniemi Hall that sells wild salmon. When you go in the door that is closest to the fish section, it is the first fish shop on the right hand side wall. The lady there is Argentinian and is very helpful - if they don't have it at the moment, she can order it in for you and tell you exactly what day you can go and get it.
