Current list of definites:

Karen N family : 2 A + 1C - chili con queso and enchiladas
Raamv N family: 2A + 2C
Mcowboy: 1A
Hank N Smilesalot: 2A -
Enk:1A (1c?) -

Xochi can't attend. Scubagirl said she probably won't, but hopes things change so she can.

We were discussing this today, Smiley got the tortilla press so thats then our "staple" but then maybe carnitas? (thats pork) So I was thinking to make some shredded lamb and beef as well so as to acommodate, but we're up for suggestions.

No, I've been incredibly busy since school started. I'd like to get them, but finding a time that I'm a) home, and b) not exhausted has been difficult.
