Your info is outdated. All degree programmes at the universities of applied sciences require an entrance examination - you cannot become accepted without attending one (and getting good enough score from it).

Wasn't it the case that applications from Nigeria are ignored nowadays?

So, Nigerian = no chance.

I may of course, have imagined this.
