a sad realization

You Cannucks changed the name of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese (or Cheese & Macaroni, after their advertising campaign on how much cheesier it now is) to Kraft Dinner? voi hitto...
nope. not in Finland. There's some 'Mississippi Belle' brand of Mac&Cheese at Stockmann's for almost 4 euros. for that price, I've learned to make my own cheese sauce homemade, tastes JUST like Kraft's deluxe stuff. very un-Finnish.

Huzzah for clever little me

I was quite proud of my cheese-producing prowess although I knew squat about cookin'. Just got expensive having mom send over boxes of dehydrated processed cheese mix from the States.
btw, Osbi is a 'she'. Don't know what I was thinking when I came up with that nick.

Good for you Osbi, What kind of cheese do you use? We always used Velveeta when we made homemade mac & cheese, but not sure whats available in Finland.
