Yes, salt is an issue, but becoming slightly less so by 11 months. I'm in England but babies are the same everywhere and my health visitor did suggest that by 11 months/a year most of those "baby" products (e.g. the organix) aren't strictly necessary - though I still give some to my two year old just because she likes them.
Bananas, raisins, other dried fruits are all good and usually popular
Breadsticks and crispbreads (on their own, or with a dip such as pureed avocado, hummus etc.) make good finger foods.
Steamed broccoli florets, or carrots cut into long strips are easy to grab. These were popular with my daughter, but not all will take to it.
I found some really great dried "banana flavoured" cereal bits in America last year, in the bay section. Can't remember what they were called. You don't get them in England, but who knows about Finland. I think you *could* have them in milk like normal cereal but Maija just ate them dry.
My advice is not to think "product", but to think how to turn the sorts of foods you like and that you want your baby to end up eating into baby-friendly versions. By about 11 months I was just cooking all my normal foods, but lowered the salt and the amount of chilli I put in and then first pureed, then chopped it (as she grew). All babies are different, so you'll know best the sorts of textures to use, and obviously when giving more solid foods be vigilant about choking - as a sensible precaution - but don't terrify yourself as it's really an extremely unlikley event.
