Hi Forum,
I heard that most of the Terveysasema have a special section called "Neuvola" for pregnant mothers and kids where they do all the necessary check-ups for the mothers.
My question is: How much does a visit cost?
Thanks !
1 question about: Neuvola ?
Re: 1 question about: Neuvola ?
If the mother is KELA insured, nothing.
(if not, I've got the impression that the policies vary from place to place)

I thought you couldn't use Neuvola if you didn't have KELA coverage? You have to go private?
Re: 1 question about: Neuvola ?
I recall somebody here would have said in places they may allow also non KELA coverage (for maternity check ups), but otherwise i would have said the same too.Flossy1978 wrote:I thought you couldn't use Neuvola if you didn't have KELA coverage? You have to go private?

As far as I am concerned, Neuvola is free.
