Hi Asa, I am surprised by the tone of the feedback you have received up to now, just ignore them.
Your idea is good - it is what is called "active search for job".
Two links you have posted are more used as "security check" in Finland, so company who is going to work with another company can check if the potential partner actually is a real company registered etc.
To answer you question where to find a list - I think you will have to build one yourself searching the net, takes time and effort but I guess you are motivated. There are different methods how to do it, you find your own.
Couple of sidenotes:
- target a specific person when you write them (hr person probably, depending on size of the company)
- you can try to find people through linkedin, get their name and then get their e-mail most of the time by
sukunimi.etunimi@companny.fi or similar (you get the pattern at the contact section of the company site)
- if you are in some specific field you can look for some umbrella organisation of this field and then get the list of member companies
- same for exhibition or conference (list of exhibitors, speakers...)
- don't forget the NGO and public sector, one way to get the contacts is to check who received funding from government (or EU) from some ministry site (or EU related projects like interreg etc)
- bookmark especially "rekry" or similar part of the websites into folder "to check every 2 weeks"
- make a list where you put all email addresses that you have already used so you don't send them mail twice in short time (will be annoying)
- send your e-mails tuesday-thursday in the morning
...
- make sure you are ready for the fact that you will receive 1 answer to maybe 100 emails

- if you can, try to get a phone number that is not pre-paid (you will need a Finnish friend for that)
- get a library card a go to relax there
- join some sports club to enjoy your life (you will get contacts there as well)
- subscribe to finnish+swedish course at "tyovaenopisto"
...
good luck!
ps: oh and I forgot the wonderful finnish nature
