no hassle at all .. i have all the rights to get married there again .. cause for them it's easy to check their system to see my civil status over there, and i have the clearence paper from Tunisia, the thing is that it may take at least a year .. which is a long time .. after waiting for years and trying to be together (me and my gf) .. why finland would want the papers (updated) from Tunisia, because they are assuming that whatever happening in other countries .. Tunisia is aware of it, so once they get a paper from them they just slip checking the next countries where i have lived or had any change of situation in it ..Rip wrote:Care to clarify? After getting married (and divorced) there once, the second time would be a worse hassle?beksu wrote:not at all, cause then it's gonna take forever for things to work and i can move hereRip wrote:Is it an option to get married somewhere else? What are you really saying ? am divorced in France and single in Tunisia .. The finnish office is wanting to know if I got married before and what's the name of the ex-wife etc .. but they want it from Tunisia as i am having a Tunisian passport .. and in Tunisia i am single according to the law; so or i will have to lie in the finnish papers that i am single and i had no wife before, or to say i had a wife before .. but then i need to prove that i am divorced .. FROM Tunisia !
You have a non marriage cert from tunisia proving you were never married there .
You have a marriage and legal divorce cert from (who cares country).
Thats what any normal gov needs.
Why dont you download the application and look at what questions they will ask.
I gave you the good Oil, if you want to put it in your coolant radiator its up to you.

Last time I checked you have to supply the non-marriage papers from every country you had been resident.
There is serious idiotism involved in this discussion, but which bureaucratic step is the cause...
