Well, I guess Greenpeace now has surprising new friends in this country. After all they just got indirectly Heidi Hautala fired.

And now the expletive deleted is trying to get on the Brussels gravy train.

As I said back when Hautala had the incident regarding her domestic help, what Hautala did is worse than anything Jussi Halla-aho ever said. But Hautala is a member of a party the media likes, so she'll be cut slack again and again.

Really, she ought to be laughed off the stage at every single campaign appearance she ever makes.

personally i do not understand why the are not protesting on the streets of Beijing - one of the most polluted mega cities in the world, or in Bangladesh with all those leather production facilities that kill people and totally destroy environment ? the answer seems to be to easy - that would not pay much... While attacking Gasprom or Shell will make a lot of suckers to donate to the "noble" cause, thus benefiting Greenpeace. over the years they have acquired tactics used by terrorists - you shoot first and then blame everyone around for starting a war. they are the biggest among eco terrorists nowadays , their final aim is donation money , but many volunteers do not realize that and are being used as pawns in their money game. for the sake of argument who the hell shoes them to represent the mankind?
What do you want from me?????

It's quite difficult to express in words the complete selfish ignorance of some people. As long as they're ok and are not directly effected by 'x' then it doesn't matter. The mindless corruption of the world can continue and we'll just see what happens.
It's very easy to sit online and judge other people for standing up for what they believe is right because you stand for nothing.
Turning a blind eye to what is happening around you, for an easy life, is the easiest thing anyone can do. To actually step up and say, hold on this is wrong, takes more than some online rant. There are people out there everyday, dedicating their lives, trying to make a difference and make the world a better place to live. These corrupt corporations and governments that run the world are only interested in themselves and how much money they can make, regardless of the consequences. Which ironically is what can be also said about the majority of humanity. If the people don't stand up against them then we are just slaves to their system.
At least these people have a voice.

Just make sure your recycling is out by Thursday and then that's your contribution done.

Welcome to the Fascist Forum. The hangout of armchair cynics and fascists who come here to let off some steam, since the media don't play with them or something...

On the same criteria nazis and communists were also wonderful people.
'Greenpeace have had good ideas. Me they loose with their no-compromise stand against nuclear power.

And they're using that voice for evil, pushing for an agenda that ultimately can only be implemented by totalitarianism.

I'd argue that fascism is a form of totalitarianism, with the property nominally in private hands but the State running the economy.

And it surprised no one when the piracy charges were downgraded to hooliganism.
