No, I didn't confuse EHIC and permit, I know the difference - wrongly I described EHIC as blue one - it's corrected now

Well, I went to LahiTapiola and it looks like they insured me - it's a bit strange because yesterday when I wanted to buy their travel insurance online, it didn't allow me as 'KELA card was necessary'... today while visiting personally, it suddenly wasn't necessary, although the insurance guy asked about it. I'm quite confused

Why is all that private insurance related to KELA btw? I've already bought insurances in other countries and never asked me about what kind of other insurance do I have :-/
And that's a good point about retroactive asking from KELA, just in case - hopefully it will be possible
