I'm waiting 4 my finnish cirizenship decision at the moment. After I get the fin passport can I still renew my PR card as a foreigner?

That is precisely what I think as well. Some countries don't legally restrict you from having multiple nationalities, but you get harassed pretty badly on the borders if they know know you have another citizenship (usually when leaving and showing visa/RP/passport for your destination country).interleukin wrote:Or maybe hän wants to hide the new citizenship from the first country.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

After you get your citizenship, you aren't a "foreigner" no more.

I vaguely remember this coming up in the forum before from a Chinese national and the answer was no.
