You can't.

Why would you do that :?: What can you do with your RP card that you cannot do with a Finnish passport?

First thing that came to my mind was he could sell it to someone who looks like him? Might work for a few weeks after citizenship is granted. Don't know how quickly names/status are changed in the system.
Or may be she and her.

Or maybe hän wants to hide the new citizenship from the first country.

That is precisely what I think as well. Some countries don't legally restrict you from having multiple nationalities, but you get harassed pretty badly on the borders if they know know you have another citizenship (usually when leaving and showing visa/RP/passport for your destination country).
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

After you get your citizenship, you aren't a "foreigner" no more.

I vaguely remember this coming up in the forum before from a Chinese national and the answer was no.
