Do you think it would be as easy as in the USA to start, for example, baking cakes in my kitchen and sell them via various points of sales?
Taking into account Finnish bureaucracy and their special attitude towards safety, would I need to apply for tons of permissions? I mean that my kitchen, where I would be baking cakes, theoretically might be dirty, I might neglect working with gloves and clean cutlery, some external substances might get into my cakes while being prepared and so on... Do the government care about these things? Or can I just register my business and sell home-made food without filling in lots of documents?
Thank you
