Oh, by the way, you will need a medical certificate for the exchange of your arab license. And if the license is issued in non-latin alphabet (i.e. arabic) you would need an official translation into Finnish, Swedish or English.
Does anyone know what does this entail ? Is there a specific form or report that the doctor writes ? Is it eye vision ? How to even book an appointment for this ?

Call and ask for a driving license certificate appointment.
Or do it on line. You can request a time with an English speaker.
