Hello everyone! I would like to share my citizenship journey here too. I know that I am surprisingly lucky in a way. I proved my identity somewhen during the second week of May 2022, got an email telling me to supplement info about my travelling and income situation on Oct 25, the application moved to step 2 on Oct 28 and then an hour later got a decision. I had not even sent them the supplements to my application before they sent me the decision notification via phone (and not email!)

I postponed just because I wanted to attach the latest payslip of October. When I finally got my payslip, I proceeded to Enterfinland and added additional documents, didn't know that they had sent me the decision already 5 mins earlier. My background: I came here as a student in 2016, got a keskitaso yki cert. in 2018, 2019 till now on work-based RP, my passport is not on the list, took Kela student allowances and also student loans (I think these do not matter as long as you can show them you could pay them back with "good" payslips). My queue number was 46xx when I got the decision. Best of luck to all of you who are waiting! The day will come!
Congratulations!
May I ask your starting q.no?
My starting queue on the day I visited Migri was 759x.

Mate , how long has your application been there?
Oh only since June this year. I'm not holding my breath, that's for sure!
If you don't mind sharing, what is your queue position?
Just under 5000.

Applied and then interviewed April 2020
Let's goooooo
Any news from your end amigo?
I got requested an answer to the negative opinion of Supo. I now must send the letter explaining something (?) about why I'm considered a possible danger to the state security. They don't list a reason. I will get a negative decision from Migri anyway.
Hi, thanks for the reply. Good luck to you. I hope you get a positive outcome from the situation.
The only apparent issue here is that it took them 2.5 years to process your application.
SUPO on average takes 2 weeks to process a case and they kept you this long before they finally processed your application.

For real? I almost don't believe that. How long have you been waiting actually?
And I don't give a damn what you believe.
When did you apply, how many months?
Good luck man. The wait is frustrating tbh. Keep us posted about the progress.

How normal is it to be in stage 2 without receiving any requests for additional documents?

Thanks for your answer. I'm around 47xx and just went into stage 2 on 14.11. Also applied around the same time as you.

Today I got positive decision, a few minutes after getting message that my application had moved to processing.
Migri visit was in June this year.
I understand that it seems impossibly unfair that this was so quick, compared to many stories here, but on the other hand my case was very clear.
Good luck to you others in your mission!

Congratulations! That was very quick for you in the stage 2.
Did you get any additional document requests?
