@phungxuanton Mine was stuck in processing hell for 3 weeks.
My application went to In Progress on 18.9.2024. Exactly 2 weeks later, they sent an email asking if I traveled since I started my application and also what was my source of income since then (I had left my previous job to start freelancing). I received a positive decision today. So almost 3 weeks for processing, and a total of 10 months for my application.
I've lived in Finland since 2017.
Submitted application: 19.10.2023
Visited migri office: 20.12.2023 (I was out of the country when I received my YKI test results, so I had to delay my Migri appointment)
Diary Number: 16xxx/310/2023
Nationality: US
My queue numbers from Kamu chatbot:
31.1.2024 — 6654
17.5.2024 — 5229
My queue number was smaller than the usual reported during the time when the Kamu chatbot was still working, so I had optimistically hoped that it meant I was in the super short queue and would get my citizenship by April

But it seems like the date when you received your diary number is the best prediction for the "normal" applications. Nothing else seems to matter. I think I would have gotten it within the day of the application going into processing, like the others here, if I had stayed at my previous full time job.
I think maybe when you know your application is going to be processed soon, you can already send additional information about your travel (especially, if like me, you have not travelled at all since I submitted my application, which I suppose is not normal) and income. For example, that you have not travelled and your income source is the same. So they will not be inclined to ask for more information.
