Hello,

An update for end of Dec 2023 application that received diary number on around 6-8th Jan 2024. I sent an email to migri yesterday to ask about the situation and they replied that my application will be processed SOON! Not sure when is SOON. However, my friend who got diary number on 7th Jan got a decision today, and I got diary number on 8th.

Moved to Finland in January 2020 (Finnish spouse), have been working since January 2022. No kids. Originally Turkish citizen.

8.1.24: Visited Migri
10.10.24 6:49: went onto the second stage "käsittelyssä"
10.10.24 7:20: In half an hour, the decision was made.

That's great to hear, intersting that someone can get a diary number on a Sunday!

Latest update: we’ve heard from someone who got their dairy number on 5th January. Expecting them to process 8-10th January applications soon

Anyone with numbers from those dates?

I applied on 3rd January and received diary number on 10th January. Still waiting.

sorry if this is wrong place... when application is in processing stage will they make you send bank account statements (tiliote) and if so for how long back?

They won’t if you have work or you receive unemployment benefits. (Migri can see those info already).

If you’re studying and you’re not working, they might ask for proof of your savings.

Diary number received: 08.01.2024 (diary no. 173xx)
Decision: 10.10.2024 (after 8 min of processing)

Nationality: Asia
Move to Finland: 2016, holding Permanent RP.
Working, no co applicant.

Finally, I got positive decision today after 24 months, to be exact.

Application date: August 16,2022
Visited Migri: October 8, 2022
In Progress: September 16, 2024
Requested additional info: September 30, 2024
(Replied in Oct. 2)
Decision made: October 8, 2024 (around 4:30 pm)
