All i understand is I have to wait 9 mont ,i check the link u send ..!
They must have to make the decision then after 9 mont.

Social security can say and think what they want, ultimate word on custody (sole/shared) and with whom child resides is at hands of court if parents cannot come to agreement. So do not presume that you have now sole custody of the child, you can be rather rudely surprised.

Custody and who is the prime care taker are different things.
The children can live 100% of the time with you, but you might still have joint custody.
It is unusual to get sole custody when the other party doesn't agree.
