Quick question on consumer rights
While you make complain for wrong invoice, do the selling company, having found their own mistake, are liable only to return the extra money that have charged from you, or also compensate something extra, for your time and effort to make application and so on..

I must have been dealing with different companies. I have been over-invoiced only a couple of times (insurance company) and the company itself has corrected their mistake, I have not done anything. It seems like standard practice for a lot of firms to over-invoice.
