is this the correct translation
Minun Mummo ja pappa tuli Amerikkaan mistä Suomessa. mutta he oikeastaan minun suuri isovanhemmat me vain kutsumme heitä mummo ja pappa suomeksi. Olen puolet Suomen ja Olen puolet saksa.

My Grandma and grandpa came to America from Finland. but they're actually my great grandparents, we just call them 'mummo' and 'pappa' in finnish. I am half Finnish and I'm half German.

Mummoni ja pappani tulivat(/saapuivat/muuttivat) Amerikkaan Suomesta. Oikeastaan he ovat isoisovanhempani (isomummoni ja isopappani), mutta kutsumme heitä suomeksi ”mummoksi” ja ”papaksi”. Olen (sukujuuriltani/syntyperältäni) puoliksi suomalainen ja puoliksi saksalainen.

can u explain what that all means i only know 2 words in Finnish and thats mummo and pappa although i learned that 'ja' means 'and' when looking up this translation
oh also we call them mummo and pappa thats why i put mummo ja pappa

well why are there words in paraentheses and also what is the difference between Mummoni ja pappani, ”mummoksi” ja ”papaksi” and mummo ja pappa?

Well theres options when you translate in how the nuances are gives, say for example if your grandparents moved(/arrived/came) to America.
